Perkara yang paling penting adalah kita bukan target nak jadi official
mirror.

Official mirror memang perlukan bandwidth yang besar, tapi untuk permulaan
ni, biar kita jadi mirror untuk komuniti kita jer

Kalau perlu, boleh buat IP blocking, supaya hanya IP dari Malaysia je yang
boleh access, sebab kita ada limited resources.
