This is an addition to Garfield's suggestion -

A used 1U server can be sourced from ebay at price RM1K. USPS shipping
at another RM500. Usually SATA HDD from Low Yat is another RM400.

Startup budget is around RM2K. It'll be cheaper with lower spec
hardware (P3 or 1st gen P4 1U machine).

You don't need fast processors anyway, only diskspace.
