For this point -> Use a virtual folders in eclipse. Create a folder,
click advanced, check link to folder in file system
i know of the virtual folders, but eclipse (3.1) wont let me
create linked folders inside an 'existing' folder like:
->src->com(linked) wont work
The strange thing is that it works here to link the MM core classes but
when I try to use another additional classpath, Eclipse will not accept it.

you mean like adding a linked resource to the workspace
(prefs/general/workspace/linked resource) ?
that didn't work for me also
