Nicolas, I am well aware of this. They are most certainly the first steps needed to take however for creating a compiler. Be pretty hard pushed to find a compiler that doesnt make big use of lexer and parser! Ralf, I can quite happily pick up learning ocaml (as are many others I'm sure). I just feel that it surely must be a barrier in the take up of developers on MTASC. I do take your point there may well be lack of compiler knowledge in the flash community as well though. Personaly, I would have gotten involved in MTASC development ages ago. I did some reading up on OCaml, didnt particulaly like it, so didnt involve myself.
