I don't think that what you're saying is unclear in any way at all. Quite the opposite, I think it's great to hear this stuff from someone with that much expertise and experience in this area (though I don't envy you for the opportunities where you had to gather it :-) ) I just wanted to give another voice to your position because I read way too many threads along the lines of this one where the people who actually stated relevant facts about the inner workings of the legal system where simply crushed by a large majority of people who simply assumed that if some vendor doesn't publish a specification to a protocol, they can pretty much forbid any usage of said protocol outside of their line of products by pulling some magic "plug". cheers, till _______________________________________________ osflash mailing list [email protected] http://osflash.org/mailman/listinfo/osflash_osflash.org
