on number three, I'd say you download the source, you look at it, you use it or you don't, that's all you can expect and all that you should expect. It's not shrink wrapped. It's an experience oriented niche. I'd create a backup cd of any os code that I ever use, because you never know when it might become hard to find.

I'm not gonna debate any of the points below. They are all valid
explanations for why Aral chose the graf motif for the logo/header.
What I am gonna say is:
1. It's busy as all hell.
2. It's illegible. Not just tough to read, but really illegible.
3. Does this really fit the image that Aral wants for OSFlash? If that
image includes credibility and trust (two things that are definitely on
the top of any organization's priority list), then I think it's going
to detract from that. This depends on the audience, so please correct
me if I'm mistaken and the website is only targeted at individuals who
are free to make decisions without beaurocracy.
