Thanx for the suggestion. We can explore this mechanism.
 
My conecrn here is, the format of XML generated form MS Office document may be entirely different as compared to format required by swmill. So, mapping each and every construct may become a huge task.
 
What do you feel.

Ms office have xml specification, i you want conwert from binary version use openoffice filters and convert to xml. Manipulate xml and generate swf via swmill or (commercial) http://www.kinesissoftware.com/ or others. If you convert swf with graphics to xml you have template that speedup your work.
