I suppose that Adobe will support Flex Builder 2 for Linux as Flex 2 reaches the release state. They talk about the availabitilty of Flash Player 9 for Linux 2 or 3 months since they release Win/Mac versions.

Linux versions of all Flex products are a extremely necesary in order to have a real multiplatform technology as this is the main point in the Flash Platform.

Hope this will happen as soon as posible as I'd like to change to Ubuntu some time in the future :).

Hi, has anyone used the Flex Builder (with Eclipse) at Linux? I try to find a plugin or so (remember that exists one)
Then a get the linux installer, installed it over a windows pc, then copy the "plugins" folder to Eclipse (over linux), then came a lot of errors (solved some)

Anyone knows if its possible to develop Flex at linux?

When came out the Flash Player 9 to this platform? FP9 is out, and we still stay with FP7

Thanks
