Currently i'm using a table from languages to iso encodings. This
results in slightly more characters than necessary, because a single
iso encoding covers multiple languages. Also iso encodings are always
a tradeoff between the different languages and their importance.

Principally it should be possible to use distinct utf8-character
tables for every language which cover the complete language. I
couldn't find such tables on the internet. Since we have a lot of
people from different countries an the list, maybe we can start
collecting them?
