I'm afraid this submissions doens't do much without the actual plugin
source that it's supposed to be compiling. Is there a submission that
I haven't spotted?

Just wondering, since I didn't hear back from you, were you able to get
to the original message in this thread on the archives and download the
zip containing the code? I think it's a useful submission, and I'd hate
for it to get forgotten because some e-mail was lost in the ether of the
internet...
If you prefer, I can send the zip again, but as I said it's available in
the mailing list archives.
