Hi Robert,

Here is a fix to properly apply the CastShadowTraversalMask on
the StandardsShadowMap technique. Currently it uses a "&" operator to create
the mask, so it doesn't really take into account the mask we have set, I
think it's a typo and a "|" operator is required.
