With regards to cmake, I've been using the macports cmake
(specifically the command-line ccmake) and it works fine with Xcode
4.3.2.
epoyart$ ccmake --version
ccmake version 2.8.7
epoyart$ port info cmake
cmake @2.8.7 (devel)
Variants: gui, universal
Description: An extensible, open-source system that manages the build
process in an operating system and compiler independent
manner. Unlike many cross-platform systems, CMake is
designed to be used in conjunction with the native build
environment.
