But for completeness I agree to you: the plugins should also be able to save them. Maybe to attenuate the commitments problem, I could submit it in 2 steps: 1. step only loading; 2. step (after the hanging commitments are done): saving. Paul, what do think about it? Do you know, when the commitments will be merged (I think there must be a huge unmerged commitments)?
