Hi Paul,

I've just review your changes but won't merge "as is" as I feel there are
cleaner ways to tackle the issue. For the GLint64 vs GLint64EXT type issue
I feel that we should either do a typedef of GLint64 for all platforms that
don't provide it, or provide GLint64EXT where it isn't provided. What
are the present GL3 errors you are getting with this?

The SNORM change to ReaderWriterDDS.cpp is also something I'd like to just
make sure the #define is provided where it isn't already. The odd thing is
that include/osg/GL2Extensions already provides them so perhaps it's an
issue of this header file not being included or something odd happening
with the includes.

Thoughts?
Robert.
