Hi Ben,

Must admit I haven't checked the old links.  Indeed its surprising
that others others hadn't followed the wrong trail.  Changing domains
and wiki's has thrown quite a few items in the mix, we have to just
try and fix things we miss when they are found.

BTW, have you got things compiling with instruction on the new wiki?

We also have 2.2 not far away, this fixes a number of problems seen in
2.0, so you might want to try out the 2.1.x dev series, I'll be
building 2.1.8 tomorrow.
