This is an old version and I do not think that the VRML plugin was
included in the build.

You must get an older version - it is on Sourceforge, just look for
older releases.

Please, do not expect to use OSG as VRML viewer! It will NOT work. The
current VRML support using OpenVRML is very limited - it will load only
simple meshes, nothing else. There is NO support for primitives, no
support for scripting and no support for many advanced nodes. The plugin
is intended only as a simple way how to convert existing VRML models to
something usable in OSG.
