Hi Panagiotis, This is a problem with the stereo being done a such a low level inside SceneView, something that the picking code is totally unware of. I guess one might be able to autodetect this a provide a work around.
The best solution will come when all stereo is implementated at a high level - directly in osgViewer via use of slave cameras one for each eye. A feature for 2.4 perhaps ;-) Robert.
