I am not sure what you mean - do you want the centers of the objects to
overlap? If so, it should be enough to use a PositionAttitudeTransform
to move one object to the center of the bounding sphere of the other.

There are plenty of examples of how to use PositionAttitudeTransform in
the OSG distribution, otherwise feel free to contact me off-list.
