There is a build error (OSX tested) with latest svn (revision 8434), in the DatabasePager (I don't have the exact error right now). Reverting to build 8425 seems to fix the problem: svn update -r8425
It looks like the refactoring from RequestQueue to ReadQueue didn't get finished or completely checked in. -Eric
