Hi Eric,
There is a build error (OSX tested) with latest svn (revision 8434), in
the DatabasePager (I don't have the exact error right now). Reverting to
build 8425 seems to fix the problem:
svn update -r8425
It looks like the refactoring from RequestQueue to ReadQueue didn't get
finished or completely checked in.
I've seen reports about this on other OSes, but I don't see it on
Windows. I'm sure when Robert gets back he'll get to the bottom of it,
but I just wanted to add a data point.
