Yes, with one monitor hooked up to each graphics card I'm still getting the same effect. The same goes with one monitor hooked up to the first and two on the second. However, if I only have monitors hooked up to the second graphics card, then the performance is as good as when I'm running it on just the first graphics card monitors.
