FFTW is GPL. Are you concerned about this?
Hmmm, is this a problem? If FFTW is used only as a dynamic-link library (.dll or .so) does it still carry with it the implications of the GPL on everything it's linked to? I admit this is a blurry area of my understanding of the GPL...
If so, is there some other FFT library that osgOcean could use (or roll its own, or use sum of sines as mentioned earlier) to avoid this issue?
