I've just made an osgViewer with a FirstPersonManipulator... I've tested with a terrain...
The Manipulator is shouting: "you are lost in space!" What kind of model you suggest to use it ? I had no time for a more complete test, so maybe I missed something obvious ?...? At least I can say it compiles on Linux Debian Testing with 2.8.1-rc5 without any problem... Pierre.
