The PagedLOD node now has it's won optional Options object that can be assigned to it, and then passed on automaticaly to the DatabasePager via the NodeVisitor::DatabaseRequestHandler which now has the Options* parameter inbuilt. PagedLOD has a NULL for Options so the original behavior is kept the same. Your own code that calls the DatabaseRequestHandler can also just use NULL too, unless you want a specific Options object used. The new scheme should be more flexible but at the same time retain the original default behaviour.
