Hi Vin, That's a pretty big field, but I would suggest looking into SPH (Smooth Particle Hydrodynamics). It's a fast, gridless, particle implementation. Otherwise, there is no easy way to do liquids, generally. SPH is probably the easiest. (IMHO, of course). Good luck!
