Hellos,  I am having some trouble with osgconv.  This is my first time doing 
anything with OSG.  I am trying to use it to convert some .flts, with the 
textures, into something 3D Studo Max can read and then edit.

Below is some of what I have been trying.

C:\OpenSceneGraph-2.8.2\bin>osgconv V22\flt\V-22_USMC.flt smeg.3ds
Can't find texture (1) ../texture_src/V22-Osprey_USMC.rgb
Can't find texture (3) ../texture_src/helix3.rgb
Warning: Write to "smeg.3ds" not supported.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

C:\OpenSceneGraph-2.8.2\bin>osgconv --format 3ds \V22\flt\V-22_USMC.flt
Plugin osgPlugins-2.8.2/osgdb_3ds.dll
{
    ReaderWriter : 3DS Auto Studio Reader

        extensions : .3ds   3D Studio model format
    }
}

If anyone can tell me what I am doing wrong / the correct syntax for this, or 
if this is even possible, I would greatly appreciate the assistance.  Thank you
