I have no plans for developing multi-touch support for the OSG, but I'm just one contributors out of hundreds, and the bulk of the OSG is the work on the community - so a formal "offical" support is not really something we do ;-) Typically with new features like this community members that have the need/the itch to scratch go ahead an come up with/propose a solution, code it and then submit it. If it looks good I'll merge as is, if not I'll make amendments myself or make suggestions for improvements.
