I'm not sure about the dependency in osgdotnet having never compiled or used it personally. osgdotnet itself does seem to be in rather an orphaned state, so it too could probably do with a member of the community picking up the reigns on. There is also the question whether lighter weight approaches for integrating .NET and the OSG are more suitable for most users that need to go this route.
