Hi Sanat,

You have to make sure that you built osgEarth against that version of
OSG, GDAL and Expat and make sure all the Dlls (osg, expat, GDAL,
osgEarth, and the osg 3rdParty dependencies bin for png, jpeg, etc)
are all in your PATH.
