Presumably you don't have a color-calibrated monitor, like most of us, so the chances that the red/cyan RGB values that are picked by OSG, the values sent to the monitor, and the actual color values displayed match your glasses are virtually zero. This is probably more a case of tweaking the OSG red/cyan to match whatever glasses you have.
