I don't think I've recently compiled with OSG_USE_UTF8_FILENAME
recently so having a regression creep that hasn't yet been spotted
might not be too surprising.  Finding a portable equivalent or having
#if defined(_WIN32) etc. code paths for each specific implementation
is what we'll need to do.  Would you be volunteering ;-)
