Hi Shyane, LineSegmentIntersector doesn't modify the scene graph, but if the scene graph is being modified underneath it then you will get problems.
It'll very difficult for members of the community to be able to diagnose what is going wrong, you will have to fire up the debugger and trace what is going. Robert.
