I did use this command format;
osgconv -O OutputTextureFiles aircraft.ive aircraft.osg
and an OSG was created but no textures.
That will generally mean that either the .ive file contains no textures
(I'll take your word for it that it does) or all the textures are in
formats that don't have a writer plugin in OSG. If there's no writer
plugin for the image file format specified, then OSG can do whatever it
wants it won't be able to write the file...
What you can do is make a small program that will have a nodevisitor
that will traverse the loaded file and write the image files for any
osg::Texture it finds to a filename and format that it can write. For
example I think OSG can write png, jpeg, tga (i.e. these formats have
both a reader and a writer).
