update: resolved as a friend pointed out a few hours after I posted this, for the dylib's that failed to work, I should've checked what architecture they were built for by using "lipo -info" or the "file commands", which normally results in adding an "-arch i386" or "-arch x86_64" to the gcc arguments, depending what your computer is.
of course with osg using cmake, it was a matter of removing the i386 and ppc targets and replacing them with x86_64, also changing the window from carbon to cocoa. hope that helps anyone if they have a similar issue in the future. ------------------ Read this topic online here: http://forum.openscenegraph.org/viewtopic.php?p=36766#36766 _______________________________________________ osg-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.openscenegraph.org/listinfo.cgi/osg-users-openscenegraph.org
