Hi Chris,

I tried locate the IP address (comes from Shenyang) but have no idea
of who it is. There are some P2P tools like Thunder in China that may
cause terrible large amount of traffic. I guess if some one is using
such tools in an improper way. Is it possible to disable p2p on your
website and just allow one connection per IP? Or maybe you could make
use of some installer utility that will hide the real download link
(for example, my work :-)
