There's no upgrade to that. I usually get the statistics from the functions and get the values by myself withouth the auto stats screen. I don't know if it's possible to show them in pc withouth fixed pipeline if you can then it shoul be just a matter of fixing the automated shaders by adding a default precission mode. OSG makes that shaders GLSL compilant BUT Gles 2.0 states that they ALSO need a precission value thus not exactly conformant to GLSL.
