osgmotionblur works by using the accumulation buffer to blend previous frames colour buffer with the current frame, this means it's a whole window effect and not one that can be used for individual objects. To do motion blur on individual objects you'll need to take a very different tack - you'll need to come up with a custom scheme that suits the type of scene that you have.
