Hi Michael, Back in 2010 I recall conversing with a google engineer, Alok Priyadarshi, about test work they were doing with the native client and the OSG. Prior to work at google Alok was an OSG user so his familiarity led him to want to try out a port to native client. Alok provided some changes to the OSG to enable static linking against GLES2. Have a look at the thread "[osg-users] OSG + NativeClient" from 22/04/2010 and "[osg-submissions] Added support for statically linking with gles2 lib" 28/04/2010. These don't discuss much but might help provide a little lead.
I don't know how much further Alok got with NaCl support, NaCl has evolved quite a bit since then. Alok's email address back then was 'alokp at chromium.org', I'd guess he's probably one of the best people you could coordinate with to doing a port.
