Hi quzayli, I wanted to test VirtualPlanetBuilder-2.9.10 and OSG-2.8.3 as you recommended, but I couldn't find VirtualPlanetBuilder-2.9.10. It seems that VirtualPlanetBuilder-0.9.11 is the latest version as of today(july 20).
