I'm using the new osgexp for 3DS Max 2013 64-bit and it seems that there is no 
longer an option to specify the output as y-up. Everything I have exported is 
therefore displayed by OSG with the Z and Y axes flipped. 

I'd be hugely grateful if anyone who's used this and overcome the issue would 
point me in the right direction. 

I'd also be very interested to know why OSG uses y (a lateral axis) as up. I'm 
sure this can't have just been a mistake, but really can't get my head around 
why it throws out convention.
