Hi Max, this RetestCallback was introduced by Terrex for internal purpose in the time when TerraVista was having an OSG viewer embedded in the product. That time there was a synchronized TerraPage loader between Terrex and the OSG repository. But their policy changed over time so they have proprietary one inhouse and one availble at the OSG repository, no longer synced and updated. Feel free to remove it
