Hi Mike,

if you are using custom manipulators or event handlers, take a look at
the changes in osgGA.

GUIEventAdapter is now a concrete class, where one could previously
derive from osgGA::GUIEventAdapter and override methods for e.g. getX(),
one now has to explicitly call e.g. setX().
