Sorry for the late reply.  No, as I am not the original creator of the product and I'm not looking over the code for the window attachment, it looks to me that we are not creating a ContextID for each rendering surface.  I can tell you that all of our surfaces are sharing the display lists.  I'll look into the FAQ about this and see if I can incorporate this.
