I have added 'noRotation' to the Wiki as well (http://www.openscenegraph.org/osgwiki/pmwiki.php/UserGuides/ReaderWriter)
I get the feeling there are a lot more of these options buried in there somewhere :)

BTW, i have seen examples with the option string in quotes vs. not in quotes:
osgconv -O "noTexturesInIVEFile"
osgviewer -O noRotation

Does it matter?  I'm guessing that both are supported, so the quotes aren't needed.

Hi Ben,
A quick note, you can get the obj plugin to not rotate the scene by passing in "noRotation" i.e.
  osgviewer mymodel.obj -O noRotation
