osgProducer::Viewer automatically sets up the DatabasePager for you if you have PagedLOD nodes in your scene, it then runs the background thread, merges all the changes, deletes all the exprired subgraphs, downloads all the texture objects and display lists reusing expired ones where possible...
This is all done for you, you have to do nothing. Just load the top most tile in your paged database and your done.
