We use Survey Monkey at work sometimes for this sort of thing and it
seems to be pretty easy to create quick, simple surveys.

The free version is limited to 10 questions/100 responses per survey. I
don't know if that means it stops accepting responses after 100 replies
or you can only send it to 100 people.

What ways are there to quickly set up online polls and report the
