Geeklog (www.geeklog.net) and Drupal (www.drupal.org?) are Linux/Apache/Mysql/PHP (LAMP) based systems which, if you've got all the LAMP stuff setup, are easy to install and come with builtin polling systems. They are free and would work fine.

We use Survey Monkey at work sometimes for this sort of thing and it seems to be pretty easy to create quick, simple surveys.

The free version is limited to 10 questions/100 responses per survey. I don't know if that means it stops accepting responses after 100 replies or you can only send it to 100 people.

Cheers.

What ways are there to quickly set up online polls and report the results? We will probably want a number of polls running concurrently. Text feedback as well as tick boxes would be useful.
