Sorry if this it off-topic, since I believe it's an NVidia driver issue, but I thought I would ask here since I've only experienced it running OSG apps on NVidia.
When running large terrain databases with gobs of geometry and texture, I sometimes resize the window. Occasionally, when resizing from small to larger, my framerate drops way down around 1Hz and all my textures appear to be getting drawn with GL_CLAMP instead of GL_CLAMP_TO_EDGE or GL_REPEAT. It looks like this because I start to see the black border pixel color being pulled in.
