For those of you interested in reviewing drafts of the
OSG documentation, I've posted a (very) rough draft of the front matter for the
OpenSceneGraph Quick Start Guide. You can download it from my Web
page:
If you review it, please limit your review comments to
content only, and gross errors of grammar. Please do not tell me to change the
font or the margins, etc., as the current form will likely bear little
resemblance to the final form.
I use "TBD" throughout as a marker to myself for
something I'll need to fix later. But, as you can see, in some places it's also
a solicitation for input (for example, suggested reading material). Please help
out in those areas if you can.

- A Quick Start Guide, which will hopefully be complete by early next year and can be downloaded for free as a PDF or purchased softbound. (If purchased, proceeds will help support the OSG documentation effort by paying for future revisions).
- A Programming Guide, not for free, hopefully available by late 2007.
- A Reference Manual, probably derived from Doxygen output, probably available in 2008.
I hope to use you, the OSG community, as my technical review team.
