I second the suggestion given by Koos. What I tend to do in short OS, is to 
provide a one-page template for groups to write their reports on. They receive 
this at the start of their sessions, and it really is limited to basic 
information: title of the session, people who joined, short summary of the 
discussion and key points / next steps.

Appr five minutes before the end of the allocated time, I visit every team, and 
tell them that "now might be a good time to summarise your findings and fill 
out the report". Often teams will already have done that throughout the session.

I invite people to post their reports on the bulletin board, and (just like 
Koos) I take a picture of the reports and email it to people the next day (or 
use any platform / sharepoint / dropbox... that they are used to).

It doesn't disturb the process, and helps them to close their sessions nicely.
