Hello Christine,
I second the suggestion given by Koos. What I tend to do in short OS, is to provide a one-page template for groups to write their reports on. They receive this at the start of their sessions, and it really is limited to basic information: title of the session, people who joined, short summary of the discussion and key points / next steps. Appr five minutes before the end of the allocated time, I visit every team, and tell them that "now might be a good time to summarise your findings and fill out the report". Often teams will already have done that throughout the session. I invite people to post their reports on the bulletin board, and (just like Koos) I take a picture of the reports and email it to people the next day (or use any platform / sharepoint / dropbox... that they are used to). It doesn't disturb the process, and helps them to close their sessions nicely. Just my way of working... Kind greetings from Belgium, Katia Van Belle _______________________________________________ OSList mailing list To post send emails to [email protected] To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected] To subscribe or manage your subscription click below: http://lists.openspacetech.org/listinfo.cgi/oslist-openspacetech.org
